We want you to feel confident and happy with every piece you receive from Isabella Claire Jewelry. If something isn’t quite right, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in unused condition, with original packaging intact.

  • We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refund Processing Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been issued.

Cutoff Time Orders placed before 10:00 PM EST (New York time) fall within the same-day return window reference.

Return Steps
